In fact, the term “Neroli” itself is borrowed from the blossom of a bitter orange tree in the Nerola, a region located in Italy. The name for the essence of the fragrance was inspired by a 17th century duchess from the same region. It is believed that she was instrumental in popularizing the signature aroma of the “Neroli”.
