Black Orchid is an oriental chypre with top notes of black truffle, black currant, effervescent citrus, jasmine, and ylang-ylang. For the heart, the expert perfumers chose to go ahead with a blend of spices and floral notes such as gardenia, jasmine, ylang-ylang, orchid, and lotus. At the base are strong and woodsy notes borrowed from sandalwood, patchouli, vetiver, balsam, vanilla, amber, dark chocolate and incense.
