Halfeti by Penhaligon is inspired by a small village in Turkey by the same name. The roses that grown here on the banks of the Euphrates River are said to be black and unique to this region. Like the roses and the spices that led the traders to this little village, the perfume captures the exotic combination of citrus, spices and herbs.
